Mr. Sachin Naidu is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.

He began his career in collections, gaining strong on-ground exposure, and later transitioned into sales, building a solid foundation in business acquisition and growth.

Currently serving as Regional Credit Head, he is responsible for credit risk assessment, policy implementation, and portfolio quality management.

He has hands-on experience in developing and strengthening BRE scorecards, driving improved underwriting efficiency and enhanced risk control across the portfolio.
